Someone at my husband's work had him do a Google search with the words "French military victories". Type it in and see what happens. It is quite entertaining! Good humor for the history enthusiast. :lmao: :p

I live a stone's throw away from the Ottawa River (across from Quebec)
and most Federal (and non-federal) employees who work in Ottawa, live in, and are from, Quebec, so I shall be a coward and say, "I don't know."

Here's another funny one in the same ilk. Type in "find Chuck Norris" and then click the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button.

Let's not forget, we would have had a much harder time winning the Revolutionary War without the assistance of the French:

Jean-Baptiste Donatien de Vimeur, comte de Rochambeau

and

Battle of the Chesapeake

Something to think about when doing the Great Chesapeake Bay Swim =)
