Will be in Middletown, NJ next week

I have a project in Middletown next week. I am looking to swim in the morning or after 5PM. I might do Rahway(they have a 6AM practice). Is there any long course or any type of practice or lap swimming within 30 minutes of Middletown.

Rahway is good. Don't know of other 50 meter workouts near Middletown, but for lap swimming, you might want to try Red Bank YMCA. (10 minutes)http://www.njmasters.org/membership/placestoswim.htm#RedBank

Monmouth University is about 30 minutes:
