From the depths of my sick, twisted little mind:D

I was thinking about redoing the entire site in a similar theme. What do you think?

I rebooted my machine 6 times, thinking there was something wrong. However, if I wear my '3D' goggles looking at these colors, it looks cool.

I didn't know that there was even a mind between his ears! :D

Your colors have been expanded. :p

I think these colors would look good on the Merrit Marlins' (http://www.geocities.com/merrittmarlins/) Home Page, (maybe even better than the baby blue ~ too close to UNC color for me).

You can sure tell when an engineer chooses the colors.

There are 216 websafe colores and it looks like someone wanted to use them all on one page.

But I am sure glad someone else has the same problem with the colors I was about to take my laptop in for service.

Hey Mike!

Jealous? Thanks for the advice for the Marlins (http://www.geocities.com/merrittmarlins) website . . . or lack of it? Take care.

Gosh, you didn't like the meet pix (http://www.geocities.com/merrittmarlins/meetpix.htm) and captions from March 15th? :p

At first when I came on to the Discussion Forum today - April 1st - (I haven't been on for a few days) I thought the colors were an "April Fools" joke. Guess not. These colors are great!!!

I thought it was an April Fool's joke too! They sure get your attention.

Well, I see someone has been deliberately disobeying the advice of Vincent Flanders!

Happy April Fool's Day Jim -- now change it back please!

that I had done something "stupid" to the colors on my computer--until I read this thread.
These aging eyes, with the bifocals, don't do well with weird colors. Kinda like when a magazine decides that it's a bright idea to have WHITE letter on a light colored page or even on a black page.
Give us back our neutral colors!

Thank God it's over. That was the worst flashback ever.

Whoa....what happened to those great colors!!!!!

Maybe we can have a compromise with some color instead of all this gray. How boring. It was a bit bright but had more life than this stuff does.

It looks like webmaster Jim has let the genie out of the bottle!

So, Jim, when can we each have our own custom color schemes, and while you’re at it can we also have animated avatars?

We do have the ability in this software to provide several different "style sets" that people can select, but I have not had the time to invest in creating other options yet. There is a major revision of this software that has just entered the beta test phase and will be released some time this spring. I'm holding off any updates to the forums until this version is available.

Those who actually liked the more colorful style set from a few days ago have some options. First, you should see your doctor about increasing your medication! If that doesn't work, you can always click on Account Info at the top of the pages, and then Edit Options in that area. Near the bottom of that page you will find your style set selections. You can certainly choose the April 1 style set if you like, but I don't recommend it. Rob, to save you time I've set this up for you already :) .
