Hello all!

I purchased the DVD for the womens 50 Free while in Oregon (where you get every heat of the event), and decided that I really wanted one of my other races. The last news letter was emailed out this morning where they provided the web-site for the company that did the DVD filming of the meet.

If you are having second thoughts about wanting that DVD of your races this past week in Mt. Hood, you can order them on-line for $20 each.

FYI -

I posted this the day that I ordered the Women's 200 Freestyle (Aug 20th)... and to date, I have not received the DVD.:frustrated::frustrated::frustrated: The man that owns this company is awful to deal with.:censor: I hope everyone out there got their DVD of their race at the meet... or have had better luck by mail. :bliss:

He has said it was mailed on Aug 22, Sept 8, and the latest as of yesterday. We will see if I ever get this thing! :whiteflag::whiteflag::whiteflag:

I have had the worst luck with this guy. He is a piece of work. I have called over a dozen times, and he has NEVER returned my call. :censor:

I don't know if you ordered your DVD at the meet or on-line... but if you did on-line and payed through PayPal, I would file a complaint via PayPal. Then you can file a Claim if he does not respond to that for your $$$$ back.

I ordered mine online on Thursday the 11th. They arrived yesterday. It was a reasonably complicated order (5 different events), and I got the right events. Discs were well packed in a cardboard mailer with individual sleeves for each. Each disc has the event number printed on a label.

Obviously, YMMV, but I have no complaints. I should add that I don't know the owner and have never ordered anything from the company before.

It states on the website a 24hr turn around time for most orders in big red letters.

Very similar experience as BillS. Ordered 5 DVD's 10 days ago and got them today. I watched them and they are what they are supposed to be.

First time I've seen myself on video in a long while. My breaststroke is terrible. My freestyle looks really weird; it looks like I'm not trying when I know I was. My fly and back look good (because I did not order a DVD of my 200 fly, of which the last 25 was under a piano).

DVD screw ups and 28 dollar t-shirts with coffee stains all over it (my shirt not worn yet)--I love capitalism--maybe we should do background checks on some of these yahoos who get the opportunity to bend over one to two thousand people each nationals (or psychiatric testing on us for buying them).

Well, I got my DVD, and it was only of my heat. I guess its better than nothing at all. I am still very displeased with the service provided, but on to the next event.
