I feel that this highly ranked woman could help us with some of her training tips if she would join us on line soon. If you feel this way, give her a shoutout to let her know that we would like her input on subjects & some of her training tips.:applaud:

thanks, Oz! i think i will take this opportunity to invite Illinois swimmers to send their Illinois State record breaking times to me (time, date and meet). I record both scm and lcm records for our lightning fast State. Joe Magiera maintains Top Ten and scy records. We would hate to overlook potential new State records!:cheerleader:

AJ,
What about results from USA Swimming meets? Would those times counts?

Vlad, send me the link to the USS meet results and specify the events you swam. I need to see the official results and we can go from there. Results from sanctioned USMS meets are typically submitted to the USMS database so it is easy to track. Results from meets outside of USMS are the responsiblity of the swimmer to send me (lcm and scm) or Joe (scy) the results and meet link. Hope this helps!!!

Vlad and AJ,
USA times will count if the pool was measured. if the pool had bulkhead the times will not count unless the pool was measured after each session.

We do have the pool measurements for UIC.

As for USMS records only, (USA meets do not count for FINA Masters World Records)
The meet director must also fill out the record application form.
• Attach the printout showing event number, heat number, splits, backup from the electronic timing system and/or time card with the
signatures of all three timers. Meet results are not a substitute for the timing system printout.
• Attach a copy of the heat sheet showing swimmer’s name, event number, heat number, and lane number assignment.
• Swims done at recognized or USA-S meets do not qualify for world records.
• Swimmer’s age is as of December 31 of the year of competition for LCM and SCM courses, and as of the last day of the meet for SCY
courses.

Hope this helps
