Hi all Illinois swimmers,
Greeting from sunny Tempe.
The weather is great it's around high 80's low 90's but it doesn't feel too hot.
The pool is deep, which means we're going to have some fast swimming.
The massage therapist are on deck so we're all set.
We'll post updates for you all.
The distance people are up first with the 1650 and the 1000 free only being swum tomorrow.

Wish you guys were here.
We'll count on you for Indy next years Nationals.
Nadine

Nadine,

Just got off the phone with a good friend of mine Katrina. She says she met up with you in Tempe. That's really cool. She almost missed the meet, but with all of your pushing, I remembered and reminded her to enter at the last minute. She hadn't trained at all. How did she do?

Also, are you aware that a 1:51 in the 200 free is a mans time?
