ILMSA Meeting will be Saturday, April 18, 2009 right after the 500 Free. Pizza and water will be served.

DO NOT FORGET that this is a positive meet check-in for any event that is 200 yards or greater.

FYI: Regarding the one suit rule. If you have a concern, check with the official before you swim to be sure you are in compliance.
There is a modesty clause to wear speedo briefs and sports bras.

Yes, all check to see if they are in agreement with our idea that it is OK to wear speedo bottoms/top before you are standing on the blocks!!!
