This weekend - April 24-26 in beautiful Mission Viejo at the legendary Nadadores home pool, the SPMA will battle out the Regional Championship.

By the way, THE SPEEDO GRAND CHALLENGE MEET is at Heritage Park this weekend in Irvine.
Should be some good elite swimming. Head over to watch the evening finals after the SPMA Regionals end for the day. Should be some worthwhile spectating.

LiveSwim will be there shooting at mvn for a limited amount of on demand video and some interviews before nationals. We might be able to go live some of the time. The Speedo Grand Challenge I have heard is a must see.
