Seems to me that would be a dream job opportunity. Too bad I wouldn't pass the criminal check. Oh, and I don't have any of the proper certificates either.

Dream Job opportunity?

For less that $40,000 per year?

They won't get a top quality coach for under $60,000.

Really? What are Masters Coaches making in the UK these day?

The majority of even the best of the UK masters clubs have limited water time. About 8-10 hours per week. These Clubs pay around 20 per hour ($33) to their head coach. Giving a part-time income of about $17,000 per annum.

A good full-time masters coach gets between 28,000 ($46,000) and 42,000 ($69,000), with much administration work to do. These coaches attend every masters meet in the calendar and rarely get expenses for this weekend meet work.

I first saw this job advertised in June. Has it been filled yet?

The job posting went up at the beginning of August.
We have had a lot of applications and the hiring process is taking longer than expected.
