long course meet interest?

We're checking into holding a long course meet in late July or early August 2004 in Deerfield, Il--is there any interest out there in us doing so? Coho has a nice 50 meter pool and all the equipment. Let us know! It would be about 2 weeks before LC Nationals. Thanks!

Interest - yes! The problem is timing... it would need to be scheduled around some of the open water swims/meets in the area or else compete with these events for swimmers.

You might want to check with Barry over at Park Ridge as I know they were also thinking of hosting a mini LC meet this summer.

I would like to have any type of Masters meet in IL anytime.

We definitely need more LC meets.
