View Full Version : Need help developing a toning/muscle building workout

Hello everyone!

I am a swim instructor, and I am looking for good muscle toning/building swimming workout.

I would love some advice for a more advanced level of swimmer and a beginner level also.

For the advanced level, I really love using hand paddles, fins and other equipment. I see results rapidly, and it breaks up some of the monotany of working out.

I would really appreciate any suggestions/workouts/tips anyone can offer !
