The complete pre-convention packet of information that was sent out to registered convention delegates is now available on line. A zip archive containing one large PDF file can be found at http://www.usms.org/admin/conv03/convpacket.zip, and individual PDF files for each section can be found at http://www.usms.org/admin/conv03/#convpacket.
