Swim Coach Wanted-Chicago, Illinois downtown:
Max Multisport Coaching, Inc. based in Chicago, Illinois is looking to add a qualified and certified swim coach to its coaching team. This coach will be working with a well-established adult women swim team (at varying levels of abilities) at weekly swim workouts. The opportunity exists to coach lessons, classes and do swim video analysis offered by Max Multisport as well. Preferred certifications include one or more of the following; USA Swimming, ASCA Swim, USA Masters Certification. Coach should also have prior swim experience and ability to coach front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly strokes. Coach must have lifeguarding certification and CPR/First Aid prior to starting. USA Triathlon Certification a bonus which will give coach more opportunities for coaching in our established group triathlon programs or one on one coaching.
Position is an hourly contractor rate depending on experience level and certifications. Lessons or one on one coaching is paid at a commission of total sales. Coach must have personable, patient, humble and teachable nature. Coach should also be open to learn new techniques and ways of coaching with through our Head Swim Coaches who will help you become a better coach.

Again I am checking in on this position for a couple of connections I have with the Indiana University swim program. There is a decent amount of coaching talent coming out of the Hoosier state, as they actually offer a solid coaching program.
