20-odd years ago I had a book that had a great appendix. It had a list of 100 workouts, numbered 00-99. Point was to start your chrono and then stop it randomly, and whatever the hundredth of a second was, you looked up that number in the table, and did that workout.

Anyone remember this book? I've been searching through amazon and can't find it. Any help would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks.
