Are the order of events for the USMS Short Course Nationals 2012 online?

The standard order of events for upcoming nationals can be found on page 30 of the rule book at http://www.usms.org/rules/part1.pdf. The 2012 spring nationals are set to use schedule #3 and the 2012 summer nationals are set to use schedule #4 shown there.

There is one caveat with this. The official order of events for both of these meets will not receive final approval until the annual convention in mid-September. Sometimes a meet host proposes changes to the standard order of events and any such changes are voted on at convention. As a result, please treat the OOE found in the rule book as tentative until after convention this year.

Great story about the "sweet suit", Capt.! :D

It was great seeing you, again, at Nationals. But, it wasn't the same without Anna Lea!

Thanks to both of you for doing such a great job for USMS and all of us! :applaud:

Cheers!
:chug:
P.S. You deserve a cold one after all your hard work! But, next time, please convince USMS they need to send Anna Lea along with you! :D (I know you tried...)

Jim is right but I would take it a step further. The OOE is not considered Final-Final until the entry form is published in Swimmer magazine or appears on the USMS website. Per page 31, the Championship Committee has the authority to change the OOE anytime up until the entry form gets published.

Also, you may notice that most of the 400/500 free's don't indicate Men/Women on the page 30 OOE's. In case it helps, we alternate which gender goes first from year to year (for instance, in Puerto Rico the women swam the 400 free on one day and the men swam the next day; in Auburn the men swam first, then the next day the women swam the 400...).
