Canadian Coach Looking for Opportunity South of the Border

Background is rather extensive in a Consulting/Management/Sales role with major automotive retailers in Canada. Have shifted career paths and back to what I am most passionate about - coaching, teaching, consulting in the sport I have been inviolved with for over 30 years. I am currently in my 2nd year as Head Coach of our local masters club (one of the largest in Canada). Have experience in Masters, age group, swim camps (am on the coaches list for an upcoming Masters Training Camp in Venezuela).

If you have particular states you're interested in, I'd suggest reaching out to USMS and/or USAS leadership in those states. They're all on the web and I imagine they can (though with likely differing degrees of willingness and ability) connect you with teams who are looking to hire coaches. I think ASCA (http://www.swimmingcoach.org/) also has a job board, though I'm not sure how widely used it is. I doubt anyone's going to hold your 'Canadian-ness' against you, but it'll be a matter of finding the right community that has needs for someone with your background.
