View Full Version : Dead Fin Whale washes up at San Diego

Wow lived here all my life and can't remember a whale this size and type washing up, Gray whales usually, I buried my share of dead seals and dolphins at Silver Strand in my lifeguard days. See the whale and story below

I really think this reminds me that when I swim in the Pacific Ocean it is big and home to abundant life!

Up date the whale was apparently struck and killed by a ship. The whale was also pregnant.
