Hi

I've been swimming for 2 years and was wondering if anyone could help me.
I've never been coached or on a team.

I am interesed simply in building a nice physique, not swimming faster or longer or anything else.

My typical workout is as follows:
30 minutes front crawl, non-stop, interval, some fast some slow lengths.
30 sec rest
20 minutes of fly for one length, front crawl for one length
10 minutes front crawl, cool down.

so that's 60 minutes of swimming with a 30 second rest at the 30 minute mark.

i noticed no swim teams swim like this, they all take tons of rest times.

is their method of doing more sprints with more rests better in terms of build ing a nice looking body?

I like the way i look, i'm lean and have a great back just wondering if sprints and less endurance is they way to an even better looking build?
