1. Draw an outside lane next to the continuous warm-up/warm-down lane.
2. Swim the first 50 as fast as you can.
3. Get an Olympic Trials Qualifier in the 100 fly to swim your second 50.

Watch this video from an age-group meet this weekend. They did not get dq'd until they were forced by their coach to fess-up to the meet referee.

Pay close attention to the turn.

That's something they'll be talking about for a while. Funny yes, but not very fair to the girls who got smoked by the dastardly duo.

Where was the turn ref?

Where was the turn ref?

Probably had 2 S&Ts for the whole end like most meets, so they have to cover 4 or so lanes. Can't see everything.

Was that a Hilltopper Meet? Could use someone to help me with my 200 fly at the state meet! Just kidding. I swim at DU so I recognized the pool. Even though that was amazing, it was still very dishonest. How can a coach allow that to happen.

S&T judge had 3 lanes and just didn't see it. The meet ref thought something odd was going on as he was place-picking, but since they were running "chase starts," he didn't have any time to think about it.

That is so funny. Wrong, but a good clip.

I'm surprised that this hasn't gone viral.
