Got my swimming condition g book in the mail today. Celebrated by drinking Guinness and eati g half a pizza. Sure that wasn't pArt of the training regime

Ahhhh! Authored by Mr. David Salo. Head Coach for University of Southern California (USC). I have one of his e-books, and I have some of his workouts too. You've got the best here! His e-book and workouts are very valuable to me as I am self coached.

I'm looking forward to meeting him in April.

I've just started reading it but it also came w a DVD for the exercises which is cool. I have a feeling the "testing" portion is going to tell me I'm fat and out of shape! Oh well. Gotta start somewhere!
