The Swimming Club des Bois-Francs,dynamic and growing club based in Victoriaville, Quebec is looking for a headcoach for the 2013-2014 season. The job offered a twin load of 25hours / week from September to July in the pay Swim Club des Bois-Francs inwhich the candidate will be responsible for managing all of the aquaticcomponent and more specifically swimmers group older age of the club, and acharge of 15 hours / week from September to May in the pay of school-sportprogram concentration swimming, at Le Boisι High school, possibly resulting inthe creation of a sports program-studies. Prerequisite:The Head Coach must be a qualified person in accordance with the requirementsprescribed in the safety of the Swimming Federation of Quebec and as such, itmust have at least the following qualifications:

• Hold acertification of Level II National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP), willobtain a Level III certification.
• Be valid holder of the National Lifeguard certification of the LifesavingSociety
• Have 2 years experience as a head coach and four years as assistant coach
• Knowledge Team Manager and Meet Manager
Otherimportant qualities will be considered in the selection process:
• Leadership: mentor, motivate and inspire swimmers, coaches and others
• Planning and organization: establish a clear plan to achieve goals short andlong term.
• Communication: Communicate clearly to promote the exchange of information andobjectives
• Teamwork: actively participate in teamwork and encourage the establishment ofopen relationships.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm during the trainings, competitions and otherevents which the club is associated
• Autonomy and initiative
• Communicative passion that make swimmers keep a souvenir of their visit toCNBF and adopt swimming for life

The mainduties of the position are as follows:
• Ensure swimmers training group that will be assigned.
• Ensure, with assistant coaches, cohesion operations swimming swimmers of allgroups.
• Adequately supervise coaches who are under its responsibility.
• Organize and supervise the participation of swimmers in each competition.
• Provide support to the Board of Directors to sound financial management.
• Ensure collaboration with the Board of Directors at the organization of localevents and fundraising campaigns.
• Liaise between swimmers, parents and the Board.
• Any other task related to the head coach job.
The CNBF offers a competitivesalary varies depending on experience
This is a full time job (40 hours per week)
