Hi,
I would like to interview people who have suffered from or are currently experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and are exercising in a gym environment. I am writing this article for the award-winning American Fitness magazine (I'm one of the contributing editors) and want to provide fitness instructors and personal trainers with helpful suggestions on how to make exercise experiences more comfortable and less stressful for PTSD clientele. Please feel free to email me directly at susan@corazondeloro.com if you'd like to participate. I am willing to keep names confidential if desired.

Thanks,
Susan Dawson-Cook

Susan, if you don't get any takers directly to your email box, try reaching out to your local Team RWB chapter coordinators. They might have some direct connections to possible interview subjects based on their incredible efforts with our veterans and physical activity. http://www.teamrwb.org/

Thank you for the suggestion, Laura. I will pursue this and also plan to contact the VA hospital here.
