That article has the facts wrong. The lifeguard was 32 and a 15 year veteran guard.

Thanks for the correction (not surprised to find mistakes on that website). I did wonder from his pictures.

Ugh, between that and the shark attack (idiot fisherman) on the swimmer near there, it was a rough weekend for the LA area.
