I have a swimmer on my team who is coming back after her fourth baby via C-section (about 4 months ago). She'd like to really work on her core and I'm looking for ideas on how to help her with that via swimming. I have her doing a lot of kick drills on her back and side during parts of the regular workout. Do any of you have other ideas or sets?

Swimmer Stops-Before touching the wall at the finish (Shallow Water), have her keep her torso flat in the water head down then pull her legs up under her body and slowly stand up. This works great on working the core and is really easy to do.
