I'm all logged in thru USMS and discussion forum (because I'm posting here), but I cannot access any of the workouts. I continue to get the message below. I've read the below, but I believe item 3 is applicable to me and I believe my membership is confirmed. Any tips or suggestions?

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
If you are trying to access one of the coached workout forums or post to your blog: Access to the coached workout forums and the ability to maintain a blog are only available to confirmed U.S. Masters Swimming members. You may confirm your membership to gain access to these forums by setting up your "My USMS (http://www.usms.org/myusms/)" area.

Your account appears to be set up correctly. Let me know if you're still having problems viewing the coached workouts. Email is the best way to contact me: Membership (at) usms (dot) org

I am having the same challenge. I am receiving the same notice when trying to access the workouts.

There's one easy step for you to do (and you'll only have to do it once):

1) go to usms.org
2) click on "MyUSMS" in the very upper right portion of the page
3) if it says that you are logged in, LOG OUT
4) click on "MyUSMS" again
5) scroll down and log in using the second method (username and password)
6) once you're logged in, click on the link where it asks you if you want to set up your MyUSMS account
7) enter the required information (it will include your current USMS number)

That should do it - from then on, you'll have access to the members-only section of the site any time you log in to MyUSMS!

Still nothing. No response from Ms. Matysek, and I still can't get into the workouts. Does anyone from USMS monitor these forums?

Anna Lea has not been working in the National Office for quite some time. There are two web developers listed in the National Office. Maybe one of them (or someone in membership) can help you. https://www.usms.org/admin/natoffice.php

Thanks. Interestingly, neither of the webmasters list their email addresses on that page. It shouldn't be this hard to get support!

Sterling Webb??? Jay Place??? You guys out there?

Good Morning!

With the update of the new website, we have a new process to validate your membership and gain access to the workouts. I believe it should be listed on the top of the workouts section of the forums, but just to further spread the word, here is the message:

The coached workouts provided here are a member benefit for paid members of U.S. Masters Swimming. You must confirm your membership in order to view any of the coached forums available here. To do this, you must first create a forums account (http://forums.usms.org/register.php) and then email your user name to membership@usmastersswimming.org who will link your forums account with your membership. If your membership is not up-to-date, you can register online (https://www.usms.org/join).

I'm logged in, my membership is active, and I cannot access the workouts either.

I'm having the same problem. I have sent 2 emails but nobody replied and I still don't have access to the workouts
