A long while ago, I bookmarked a page on the USA Swimming website which had a bunch of shoulder stretching. I think this was it:

http://www.usaswimming.org/ViewMiscArticle.aspx?TabId=1645&Alias=Rainbow&Lang=en&mid=702&ItemId=700

Alas, it seems they've completely redone their site, and the above URL just redirects me to a resources page, from which I've been unable to locate the original. I'm about to head off to the Seatback Machine to see if it has a copy, but thought I'd check here in parallel. Thx...

Quickly answering my own question, here's the last archived copy:

https://web-beta.archive.org/web/20150223170251/http://www.usaswimming.org/ViewMiscArticle.aspx?TabId=1645&Alias=Rainbow&Lang=en&mid=702&ItemId=700

Does it still exist outside of the Wayback Machine?

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Less than 2 weeks ago I searched the USA swimming site for the same article to use as the basis for a clinic for lap swimmers at my health club. I did not have the tech skills you have and came up empty. You totally came to my rescue!

I was unable to get that link to load (it keeps timing out).
Are either of these the article that you were searching for?

Anna Lea, neither of those are the article I was looking for, but the more the merrier in my opinion on this subject. I'll take a look at them over the weekend. I'm not at home right now, but will see if I can download the whole kit-n-kaboodle from www.archive.org and shoot you a copy.

If you are looking for some pure scapular stability exercises there is also this post (https://www.yourswimlog.com/scapular-stability-for-swimmers/) with a few different exercises (+ accompanying pictures).
