Has anyone tried these? If so, thoughts? I'm always intrigued by new toys and then get disappointed when I don't feel the improvement. https://www.finisswim.com/Iso-Paddles

I bought a pair and have used them several times. I have primarily used them in the outside isolation configuration and I think I can feel additional work on my triceps.

I tried a pair of small paddles and the left paddle seemed too small to put my finger through. I gave that pair to a teamate and bought the medium set. These seem a little too big.

I haven't really made up my mind about them. I will keep using them for a while to see if there is any particular benefit.

After using them for a month, I like them. I use them for specific sets an not as a replacement for my regular paddles. They do isolate specific muscle groups and strengthen portions of your stroke.

I like them, but not as a replacement for regular paddles.

i have not used those.

however the other ones that Finis has - https://www.finisswim.com/Agility-Paddles
are one of the very best products in all of swim training

and PLEASE do not over buy the size of your paddles - this is to everyone
about 95% of the people i see using paddles have picked a monster size that will just ruin your shoulders and stroke
