I will be going to Carbondale to swim my BACK stroke events and the 1500 Free.

I will be there late Saturday night.

I will be swimming the Iron swimmer events. I might die in the 200 fly. I have been training a lot lately usually around 30,000+ yards a week, so I will probably take it easy later this week to try and mini-taper for this. How long does this meet usually last, because I am driving back and probably pretty tired so I didn't want it to be too late.

Nadine, nice swims over the deep blue sea.

Haven't thought about the relays at Nats yet, I don't know if I can squeeze any more meterage out of me at Nats. Oh well, I have another week or so to think about it. See you Sunday!

Hi, Eric,

The length of the Carbondale meet is usually about 3-4 hours, not counting the 1500. It tends to be a small meet, so we generally run only 4 or 5 lanes per heat to give folks adequate time to rest between events.

I plan to do the Ironswimmer events too. Good luck.
