Hey everybody! I realized as I was swimming the other day, struggling to do the butterfly again, that I'm really stiff when I try to do the dolphin kick. I can work through the stiffness by really concentrating and throwing my whole body effort into my stroke, but then I get tired quickly. I know that my form is horrible, I have books and tapes on the way, but I'm also assuming that my lack of relaxation is due to my not being as flexable as I'd like. So anyway, I was just wondering if any one had excerices, either in or out of the pool, to help limber me up and glide through the water rather than push. Thanx for the feedback in advance!!

try yoga, or aot of stretching before you swim
