I swam and played water polo through high school and college and haven't done either activity since. It's been about six years. In the mean time I've had two shoulder surgeries. The latest surgery was November 2003 and my shoulder has felt great since then. I'm looking to start swimming again, but I would like some advice on what type of workouts I should do to not only get in shape, but build up my shoulder as well. I've been doing some running and weight lifting for about a month now. Any advice would be appreciated thanks!
