It's time for the Annual February Fitness Challenge. A great way to increase your fitness level and/or get ready for Association and National Championship meets. I will be doing this for the secodn tiem. Does anyone know what ever happeed to the Super Bowl Swim? I think htat it was sponsore by people in Californai. I did it for awhile then the event seemed ot disapear.

I'm ready for it!! I won't do the same as last year since I'm pregnant but I'll do at least half. Hey, does that mean I get credit for double yardage this year? :D

I have no fins...what's a decent substitute?

Do you really need fins... Most people don't use fins the there full potential anyways. Maybe a whole month without fins, pull bouys and kickboards would do everyone good...

A few of the workouts incorporate fins, which is why I ask. With my knee in its current condition, I might have to wait until next month anyway.

Just do the same set but without fins. It would still work and you'd probbaly get a better workout without them anyway.
