I STARTED MAKING THIS FOR MY SON WHO IS A VERY PICKY EATER AND I LIKE IT SO MUCH I DRINK IT REGULARLY.

Oh, never mind. :D I did notice in the supermarket, that Quaker (instant) oatmeal comes in a lower sugar variety. I'm a fan of the apples-and-cinnamon variety.
