:) Hello from another newbie... 45 years and back in the water. Is the proper order for the IM fly.. back.. breast.. free ? New to this computer stuff as well but both are afloat so far.

you can think that whatever the IM event the rule of order is that breast always follows back, (it's the alphabetical order rule).

I know this is excessively picky but I can't help myself, IM stands for Individual Medley, there is no Individual Medley Relay, just Medley Relays.

Not to be excessively picky, but I remember relay meets where there were IM relays (in addition to the Medley relays where each person swims a different stroke).

Ok, if you allow for making up your own events you can have IM relays, but then again in that case you might also decide on a different order of strokes... :p

I believe that both uses in this thread referred to medly relay events.
