The Butterfly stroke is quite an enigma to swimming. I've become increasingly fascinated by it in the past two years and am beginning to set my sights on the 200 Fly, so...

Question #2: What do you find to be the greatest stroke flaw for butterfly swimmers that you coach, and what do you do to help correct it?

I believe it was Scott Rabalais who wrote an article a year or two ago on butterfly technique for Swim Magazine (which was what we then got with our memberships) called something like "Duck & Dive". I liked it (especially the photos), but I can't find it on-line (not without a subscription anyway).
