Hi all
How to train breaststroker. I never see breaststroker's workout week by week. If you have breaststroker's season workout please tell me.

To be swum in a 50m Pool

WARM UP 1 x 200m Freestyle Ė long stroke.

MAIN SET 1 x 200m Breaststroke (even paced)

:30 sec's rest

2 x [100 free + 100 breast] Building to the end and still
holding the stroke LONG.

:30 sec's rest

2 x 200m as [free/breast by 50ís] strong pace and
working the breast.

1:00 rest

2 x 200m as [free/breast by 25ís] strong pace
and working the breast.

1 minutes rest

2 x 150m as [50 free + 100 breast] building to the
end.

2 x 150m as [75 free + 75 breast] @ :30 secís RI

1 minutes rest

2 x 150m as [100 free + 50 breast] @ :30 secís RI

1 minutes rest

2 x 100m Strong swims on 2:00 as [25 free + 75
breast.]

1 minutes rest

1 x 200m breast kick Ė work hips

:30 sec's rest

8 x 25m Fr/ style underwater as far as possible,
no breaths on 1:00

WARM DOWN 1 x 200m CHOICE STROKE SWUM EASY.

TOTAL DISTANCE 3300m
