Hi all.

Do you have any tips/drills to improve your waist-down flotation? I mean to keep your waist-down part just below the surface, say when you are doing front crawl strokes or backstrokes.

Thank you very much for your contribution.

I assume that you are having trouble with your legs sinking. If I am correct in this assumption, the easiest way to fix this is to press your chest down towards the bottom of the pool. When you apply some downfocrce to you chest and head your hips and legs will naturally rise.

The easiest solution would be lowering your head position. You may be holding your head too high. Try changing the position of your head by looking down more. Good luck!
