I saw this posting of the ASCA clinic in Flordia on the wall, and thought to myself, how many of you know that your coaches are attending this clinic?

I think my coach is attending and he says he's taking some classes, but how many classes can there be for masters coaches? I wonder if he is going to apply is "knowledge" to my masters workout, you know... try new things.

Do most Masters coaches change their workout style or just stick to the same routine? I guess it depends on their background and how they "grew up" in swimming.

There is a Master's Coaches track at ASCA.

The program from the most recent ASCA Conference is posted at https://www.swimmingcoach.org/worldclinic/ASCA2005/program.htm. It did include several Masters coaching tracks.

I don't think that ASCA offers a separate Masters coaching certification, however.
