Does this forum have a "mark thread as read" feature?

I've read the FAQ and searched around the site, but I can't seem to find anything that will either allow me to manually mark a thread as having been read, or that will tell the site to mark the thread as read.

I DO have my cookies turned on. I use Firefox, not Internet Explorer - is that the issue?
