Are there any pools with decently long lap-swimming hours between Olympia and Vancouver, BC?

Beautiful Federal Way has the world-class King County Aquatic Center. (http://www.metrokc.gov/parks/pools/aquatic.htm) Like a second home to me. Without a doubt KCAC is the best pool in the Northwest.

What's the parking situation like there?

I may try to get in there tomorrow morning, so I can get a little swimming in during my present road trip. This all depends on where I end up sleeping tonight, as I am currently in Port Angeles.

And anything else where I might be able to swim for two or more hours?

That's a pretty big area between Olympia and Vancouver, B.C.!

FYI, all the Seattle city pools have lap swim times. Check them out here: http://www.seattle.gov/parks/Aquatics/Pools/index.htm

KCAC has a huge parking lot that only fills up for major meets.

Not only is the Kings County Aquatic Center a nice pool but they also have a great Masters Swim Team and coach. I have been out in Washington (federal way) for the past 2 weeks and coach Wendy allowed me to practice with the team. To Wendy and the masters swimmers at Kings County, thanks for letting me practice with you.

Thanks,
Greg from Ohio :-)
