Facility: 50 yard, 6 lane pool divided into 2-25 yard pools, 1 deep and the other shallow.

The upper deck will be available for spectator viewing. No food allowed on pool deck.

Time: 9:00am. Doors open at 8:30 AM Fees: $20.00 entry fee will be collected at the door.

Single event membership available at the door for $15.00.

High Intensity 100 x 100s on the 100 10,000 yards total

Medium Intensity 100 x 75s on the 100 7,500 yards total

Low Intensity 100 x 50s on the 100 5,000 yards total

There will be a short break halfway through the swim for rehydrating and refueling.

Lanes will be assigned by distance, depending on response.

There will be a short tone or whistle at each starting interval.

I just looked at the map that is with your connection. theere is a street named NoName Street. Do people live on it?

Palos Heights is Southwest of Chicago near Orland Park where I have recently moved...

Just curious, now that you live in OP, where are you swimming? I use to belong to the Palos Masters but I think they are no more so that leaves Lincoln Way, South Suburban and Lyons as the closet teams?

I swim for Mount Greenwood Masters but have been out of the water for a while. www.mgmswimteam.com
