This post leads to several questions:

Where exactly is Los Gatos?

Don't you think you're being a tad optimistic? You want someone with
- current certifications in CPR, first aid, coaches safety & ASCA
- prior coaching experience of a very specific and detailed kind
- who is willing to be paid part time
- while working hours (M, W, F 9:30-10:30 am, substitute for other coaches, and attend meets) that preclude applying for a different full-time position
- for an unspecified level of compensation (why am I growing cynical here?)
- on probation for three months until it is determined the individual is a "team player."

I can see all the applicants beating down your doors right now.

Matt
