View Full Version : Weigths rutines to start the season

Hello people:

After two weeks out of the water, tomorrow I will start my season doing weights for some days before getting back in the water, I know I can improve my times getting a little bit stronger, my goal are the Worlds in August, so can anyone give me an advise or a web page where I can find the kind of weights rutine I should be doing and for how long before swimming again?.

My couch is very young and I do not feel she knows better that I do.:(

I am going to wait for weights. No weights for me.

a good place to start is this Forum.
At the top of this page right under "Discussion Forums", choose the "Search" button.

When it pops up, in "Key Words" put Weight Training. Under that, be sure to hit "Search Titles Only" and "Show Results as Threads"

This will show you what others have been discussing about weight training.
