All swimmers,
I just joined the discussion forums to see if anyone could give a good 1 hour workout or several that could help me in training. I have been swimming for 13 years and just started swimming without the supervision of a coach or friend. I have been working at the local YMCA as a lifeguard and just been promoted to a posistion assisting a masters coach. Mind, I would just use this for myself. It is incredibly difficult to swim a good workout by one's self for more than an hour! Thanks to all!
Happy swimming!

There's a whole forum in here just devoted to workouts:

If you don't find something you like, ask one of the coaches.

There is a guy who posts here regularly named Ande Rasmussen. He is also from Austin, Tx and swims some pretty easy workouts at UT every morning. I suggest hitting him up for some ideas. Good luck.
