Volunteer for American Short Course March 2 - 4 in Austin, TX

Longhorn Aquatics is hosting the 2006 American Short Course Championships March 2 -- 4 (there are LCM time trials on Sunday). This meet serves as a last chance NCAA men's qualifier and we are expecting Olympic and World Championship athletes to attend.

Thursday - Saturday:

Prelims - warm up 8-9:15 AM
start 9:30 AM

Finals - warm up 4:30-5:45 PM
start 6 PM

We will need enthusiastic/experienced volunteers in all positions to ensure a smooth championship level meet. We need:

*Computer operator in each prelim session
*Safety marshals
*Clerk of Course
*Runner
*Hospitality
*Head Timers
*Heat Winner Awards--evening only
*Store Sales
*Ticket Sales
*Registration
*Pinch Hitter (will help with whatever comes up!)

Several positions require that you report before or at the start of warm up. It is essential that you be on time. For this meet, please do NOT volunteer if you cannot be available for the entire session.
