Help...
Our coach (who we pay $30.00 per practice)
is bailing on us. He is trying to find a replacement but
I'm not counting on it. We swim 5:30 to 6:45am. MWF
So..... If I can't find a coach are there USMS rules that
state that we need to have a coach on deck? I've searched
through my books and the web site here and I can't find anything.
Most of us are ok without a coach. I've got a bunch of workouts
I can just print and stick on a kickboard.
Suggestions??
