Katlin Sandeo would be the correct answer if you were talking about one Olympic Games and what Warren listed was correct from the 2004 Athens Games. Katlin also was 4th in the 200 Fly at these same Olympics.

In multiple Olympic Games, Jenny Thompson would be a correct answer also with a Silver in 1992 in the 100 Free, and a Bronze in 2000 in the 100 Free. And of course the 8 gold medals from Relays in 1992, 1996, and 2000. Another swimmer who achieved this from mutiple Olympic Games was Diana Munz, who took a Silver in the 400 Free in 2000, a Bronze in 2004 in the 800 Free, and was on the 800 Free Relay for Gold in 2000.

Dara Torres as well. Gold in relays. Silver and Bronze in individual races.

Dara Torres never got a silver medal in an individual event in the Olympics. She received 4 Gold medals in Relays and 4 Bronze medals (3 individual events and 1 Relay) in the 1984, 1988, 1992, and 2000 Olympics for a total of 8 Olympic medals.

You are correct about Dara not having a individual silver, however once again wikipedia has some incorrect information. Dara has nine olympic medals, she has a relay silver from 88

Wouldn't this apply to Shirley Babashoff as well?
