Hi there, I started swimming 4 months ago on my on after a fall resulting in broken ribs and punctured lung. I am a 51 year old male who has not swam since college(1980). I train at my fitness center 2500-4000 yards 4 -5 days a week. I am looking for practices(freestyle) within those amount of yards. can I get some help please. Thanks swimmeach
