Can those of the coaching persuasion recommend a 8-12 week programme
(or whatever is recognised as the norm in terms of weeks these days)
leading up to an event, I am interested to hear the most update to date approaches on preparation for an event.

I train 4-5 1hr sessions per week
plus 2-3 40mins land sessions
I mainly focus on 50/100/200 Free, 50/100 Fly

Firstly I would like to see week by week schedule what types of training
I should be doing, what zones we are operating in. and perhaps a sample set for each week detailing, effort rest HR and anything else worth noting.
