I have been away from the world of LCM swimming for about 2 years and most of my times are from 2005.
I was wondering if I am able to use converted times from this year from the SCY season...I am planning to swim at least 1 lcm meet this year BUT I was just wondering. THanks

Bridget - you should be fine using those. USMS isn't in the habit of punishing people for conversions, and they're not like USS/USAS where you've got to submit paperwork for verification. We're a self-policing organization. You can swim up to three events at Nationals w/o making the qualifying times! So pick some good events and go bananas!
