I'm sure that lots of the regulars here also read other forums out there on the web. Which ones do you frequent? I'll start out with a couple of my regular hockey boards:

Jim- how can you follow a hockey team that let all their stars wander off?

It has been a tough summer in western NY. At least they kept the Oilers from stealing one more of them.

Not been there recently, but www.hystersisters.com is a great resource for women going through hysterectomies and other related surgeries. Men can read, but not post.

I am a forum rat, totally addicted to any type of forum. Way back all we had was runnersworld.com. Today I go to a motorcycle forum (on Delphi), a brazilian athletic forum, and I participate on a Anesthesiology List, out of Yale.

Billy- I tried that anesthesiology forum, but it put me to sleep...

OK that's sexism. If men had a boys only forum you can bet some "right-on" chick *cough*Fortress*cough* would want to break up the party...

Ahh, I knew I liked you for some reason... :)

I have two Imprezas. Neither are the fancy, sporty kind. My old one is a 1993 Impreza wagon, with 201,238 miles on it as of this morning. My "new" one is a 2001 Impreza Outback Sport wagon.

Stud,

I couldn't afford to buy a Rally model for my brother-in-law, so I bought him the next best thing for Christmas last year - a 1/24 scale model:

Then maybe I better try it. Whoa, bad night last night. :shakeshead:

I don't have much time for forums in the summer. No comment necessary, Peter!

I used to do runner forums somewhat. I occasionally read the www.goswim.com (http://www.goswim.com) forum. I do facebook for the groups and photos and chatter. Is anyone on swimroom or the raceclub regularly?

Calm down SS! I'm sure there are many men only forums or other items. Like Playboy; I haven't gotten my copy of Amanda yet. Although I understand she's now in other "girly" mags too. I enjoy the occasional GNO. I'm sure women may want to discuss OB/GYN issues somewhat privately, just like men may want to discuss their prostate issues privately. Although since I don't think all women are from Venus, I would probably not focus on women-only forums. Although there likely is a need for them.

I'll have to put some pics of my 1:32 Tamiya Military models.

Matt, It wasn't the "WRX" back then I think it was the RS or something. I got close to owning one. Once they changed the headlights and made it a sedan it lost some of the appeal.
